Scribes LLC - doing business as Tacit Solutions Group (“Tacit,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), including
TacitCore, Tacit Social, Tacit Boost, Tacit Docket, and Tacit CME Tracker (collectively, the
“Services”). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree,
do not use the Services.

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use the Services.
By using the Services, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.

● You may need to create an account to use certain features.
● You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
● You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

You agree not to:

● Use the Services for any unlawful or harmful purpose.
● Interfere with or disrupt the functionality or security of the Services.
● Reverse engineer, copy, or modify any part of the Services.
● Upload or transmit malicious code.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms

All content, trademarks, and software associated with the Services are the property of Tacit
Solutions Group or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable
license to use the Services in accordance with these Terms.

● Some Services may require payment. By subscribing or purchasing, you agree to pay
the fees disclosed at the time of purchase.
● Fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
● We may update pricing from time to time, with notice provided to users.

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether
express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or
secure.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tacit and its affiliates shall not be liable for any
indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or
business opportunities, arising out of your use of the Services.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Tacit, its officers, employees, and partners from any
claims, liabilities, or expenses arising from your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time if we believe you have
violated these Terms or for any other reason, with or without notice.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed under the laws of the State of Virginia, United
States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an
updated “Last Updated” date. Your continued use of the Services after changes are posted
constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
